Full facilities to cook and washing and laundry of clothes are provided. Ours is a compact house with a homely atmosphere. It is comfortably furnished with most necessities a small family requires. Rent includes cooking gas, Satellite TV connection, electricity, water supply, Wifi, housekeeping , general maintenance. Location: Podanur, Chettipalayam Road, Coimbatore
The kitchen is equipped with gas connection and two ring burner stove, all cooking utensils, pressure cooker, electric rice cooker, assorted pots and pans, crockery and cutlery, cooking and serving spoons, storage containers, spices and masala storage box etc. Refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, chopper and Forbes drinking water purifier has been provided so purchase of mineral water is not needed.
The two bedrooms are furnished with beds, mattresses, pillows and bed linen and towels (fresh bed linen and towels will be provided once in ten days). Attached bathrooms have showers, buckets, mugs and hot water. Hair dryer has been provided.
The Dining room can seat four and all dining crockery has been provided. High chair for baby is also available.
Satellite TV has been provided in the hall and WIFI is available. Housekeeping service is provided on a prearranged schedule. Washing machine, clothes drying stand with clips and iron box has been provided. Four guests can be comfortably accommodated at no extra charge.
There is power back up (inverter) in case of power cuts and the house is made safe from mosquito with electric repellents and screen guards on all doors and windows. This is a non-A/C house, four-wheeler parking is outside the house.
We don’t boast modern luxurious facilities, ours is a compact house with a homely atmosphere. It is comfortably furnished with most necessities that a small family requires.
If you need any assistance I am happy to help as I stay in a separate apartment above the rental. Weekly or Monthly rent only through owners agreement. Govt. Issued ID proof for all occupants is required. House rules apply to all residents.
Maintenance charges of Rs. 5000/- per month apply.
